Description of "Ace of Cakes"

"Duff Goldman is a pastry-decorating virtuoso. You don't come to Goldman for a standard birthday cake. You come to Goldman when you want a wedding cake that looks as if it sprang from the imagination of Dr. Seuss, or a detailed creation that looks like an operating Jeep or a near-perfect recreation of Wrigley Field. Armed with power tools and the tenacity of his creative team, Goldman turns out cakes that are works of art."
