Luke Skywalker came back to Tatooine once peace was restored. The Battle of Endor was over and The Empire was destroyed. When Luke exits his X-wing, blaster fire nearly hits him! "It's Boba Fett! No, he can't be alive. I saw him fall down into the Sarlacc. There's more!" Those are Mandalorian soldiers, presumed to be destroyed by Jedi Knights.

Get your blaster ready. Shoot them!
