Coruscant's Underworld dealer hired by Jabba the Hutt
Hat Lo is the man that Jabba the Hutt put in charge of his criminal dealings within Coruscant's Underworld. Boba visits Hat Lo when he is on Coruscant preparing to exact his revenge on Mace Windu for having killed his father on Geonosis.
