*SPOILER*
Do not read below this line if you do not wish to ruin the movie for yourself.

No, only Cyclops really died.  I think.  In the comics, Jean Grey died the way she did, but she came back.  (Of course)
And if you wait until the credits are over, you'll see a clip where you find out that Prof. X transferred his consciousness into that mutant with no brain he was talking about earlier.  I'm pretty sure Cyclops comes back in the comics too, but not positive.
I thought it really good (Juggernaut was awsome) and I'd probably go see it again.

He's said his piece Spy, and has no reason to keep talking about it. So why don't you play it smart and not tell him what to do, eh?

So you asked him, did you? Can I ask you something? Why don't you stay on topic? You can't delete his post, and what's written is written, so how's about you drop it and don't get into something you can't get out of.

always looking for a fight...why don't you just keep it peacable on the boards...my request was justified and if you have a problem with it, that is your issue. Asking someone to keep on topic is not commanding them around. Take a chill pill dude...keep it loose.

Why cant you just keep the boards peaceful? you dont even have to intrude like that, you can just lay back and stay out of it. I mean nobody really asked you. I agree with Spy, your always lookin for a fight, and it seems that we're always rthe one's just tryin to keep the boards clean. Coincedence ? hmm I dont think so. So please just stop.

Keeping the boards clean is not your job, or MS9's.  It is the Moderators.  I was answering some questions people had about  X3.  If the mods find anything wrong with that, let them tell me so.  When Sci fi asks you to stop, don't start another fight by arguing with him.  He's right.  You are creating a side-topic by continuing to annoy me.  If the new members want to know what is going on, they can read the earlier posts.  That's what they're there for.
So stop being little goody-two-shoes. I'm not going to listen to you.

The Yautja and SciFifreak90, i agree with you, i think it is perfecty fine to talk about x3, it is all superheros.

And who ever keeps annoying them, just quit lol.

Moving on...

I'm not keen on the Avenegers, they don't have the same appeal as the Green lantern corps or the justice league.

why is everyone agreeing with them? I was just tryin to keep the boards clean, I aint no goodi too shoes, but I'm just doin some good.

Well, I didnt really say that you had to. hmm People are just ASKING you to keep it clean, nobody's forcing you, it's just better to keep it clean. Someone could easily report you and you could be banned for a couple days, and that sucks. I know it's not my job, I'm just doing good. And trust me, If I was a Moderator, I would fix it. But I'm not. I'm just looking out for the boards sake, and for your sake. hmm

Re: the greatest superhero of all time?

I'm agreeing with them because we were discussing super heros in a super hero thread. Now, I don't think the point of this thread was for everyone to create a list. Like, if I went, "I like super heros 1, 2, 3, and 4." and someone else goes, "I like 5, 6, 7, and 8." And so on. That'd get boring fast, so we have to discuss the super heros. So, I don't see that it's a problem to discuss super heros in a thread for super heros. Besides, a little while back we went "off topic" by talking about comic book companies, and no one complained then...

Re: the greatest superhero of all time?

It is all good.

I havn't seen X3 and i'm not sure if i can be bothered to, so i now know the story so i really don't have to go and see it. WIth out Nightcrawler the appeal isnt there. There are know characters i have any feel emotion for, and i don't read the x-men comics.

"This is where my theme song would kick in, if I had a theme song. And not that Flash Gordon movie thing, either." —The Flash

Re: the greatest superhero of all time?

I also wish that Nightcrawler was in it, but Toad did make two very brief cameos.

take it easy baby take it as it comes

Re: the greatest superhero of all time?

Well, that guy did look like Toad, but Toad definitely died in the first movie so....  I just saw it and I'm quite disappointed/upset, but I felt the same way about Ep. II and III the first times I saw them, so maybe I'll feel better about it in the future.  Good thing was, Storm was actually likeable this time around, Shadowcat was awesome, and Iceman, as usual, was great.  Juggernaut was also cool.

I'm grateful that you try to keep the boards clean, guys, but please don't be overzealous, and don't be "nazis" about it either.  It's honestly not a big deal if someone expands the topics, as long as they're in the same general category.  Especially if it's in the Fans, because that's where we have freedom to choose what to talk about.  Please don't take that freedom away.  Let the mods moderate.  If things get messy or unorganized, we'll take care of it ourselves.

It would also be helpful if, when you are offended by someone, you make the decision to be the bigger person and let it go.  It doesn't keep the boards organized when we spend 1/2 to a full page arguing about who's in the right and who's in the wrong.

Exactly.  If every topic was on topic with no deviations at all, it would become very boring, very fast.  If you look at all the really long topics, you'll see that the exact topic matter changed slightly, and kept them going longer.
Anyways, I think the Juggernaut is awsome too.  (yes, I did know about him before the movie)  The movie really did not depict him as strong as he actually is.  And, he's not a mutant, so that dumb kid wouldn't actually have affected him.  But the British accent was a cool touch.

I thought It was damn good too.

I thought it was very good that Cyclops died (I guess the guy who acted as him  learned acting from the same guy who taught Affleck )
I liked that Storm was in it more.
Kitty was hot.
I liked thet fact that Rogue wasn't in it much.
Magneto was cool
Did I mention Kitty was hot?
Juggernaut was cool
I thought Kelsey Grammer did a pretty good job as Beast

Is there anything I forgot?
Oh Yeah, Kitty was hot...

Single or limited deviations from the topic are fine as long as you can bring the aside back to the topic at hand.

Re: the greatest superhero of all time?

Well back on topic I'd say the greatest Superhero is
Marvel Comics - Spider-Man
DC - Batman

There's also Dark Horse and Image. But I only really read Star Wars and Sin City from Dark Horse. And as for Image...I've only read V for Vendetta (That was Image wasn't it?) and Bluntman and Chronic.

And Jay And Silent Bob don't deserve to be called the best...

One more thing....
Superman is the stupidest superhero of all time....

Agree?
Disagree?
