Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Vyyk landed the Rekkor on a public landing pad near the warehouses where the Hutt's had told him they thought thier other goons were. He pulled out his DL-18 and plugged a fresh power pack into it. He knew it was going to be tough to try and be up to three different people at once and should things go wrong...he needed to be ready. He made his way to one of the warehouses that looked like the most protected, and stopped at the security booth where the gaurd was.

"Stop right there." the gaurd said, "What's your busines here?"

"Oh just here to see a friend."

Vyyk noticed something move on the roof. Most likley a matinance man or a gaurd or something. The gaurd called another gaurd to take Vyyk in.

"Follow me." he said.

Vyyk noticed it was very dark inside, and the gaurd he was following pulled out a flashlight.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Suddenly, Vyyk heard a scream coming from a hallway. Funny, it kinda sounded like a guy he used to know...could it be...no, of course not...but then again.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

(( Um... with the power out I don't think that my gaurds would really be that stupid to let you in. Maybe you can go poke around Ronun's apartment or the remains of my old office building.  Then later you might come by, but I am happy you have joined!))

Inyri called to one of her gaurds on the battery operated comlinks. "Yes, I want another glowlight, and post double the gaurds around the holding cell i have one incomming. Bareth shall may give you more details on arrival. He's proven himself so his word is as good as mine got that. Be alert, we have company."

With that she turned to Bareth, who was trying to check on the pulse of the Blue skinned hunter that he had knocked out. "I might just have to take you on as a partner for all of this."

"Well I take a pride and joy in my work, Inyri. Say, what is the plan for this creepy blue guy anyway?"

"For now we hold him untill his friend comes out into our darkness. Then we reevaluate. She cooperates or dies. Same as this one. It does not work for me for them to constantly be on top of my work. They can have what they want, just after I get what I want. Please make sure that our other guest is comfortable, but not getting away. Kill him with kindness now. The rest I'm sure you know."

Bareth left, Sunder dragging behind him. Inyri walked off in a different directions. She had prepared for many different situations, power dissconect one of them. The took the one glow rod in her office and headed down and antiquated filght of stairs, rusted over the years of abandonment. Once there she found the four seperate metal boxes and flipped some switches. The noise was arcahic, loud and defining. But power returned to the building.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Bareth pulled the blue skinned alien through the halls, heading towards the holding area. He began to think about Inyri's possible offer. Before he could think to much of it however, a distant rumbling started and the lights flickered on. He pulled the unconscious Sunder into the holding room, the guards parting as he passed. Ronun was still groaning loudly as Sunder was placed into his cell. Bareth left, and began wandering through the facility.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

((Just watch how fast I can get out!!! P.S. Hey Sunder, can I kill or capture your shadow, or do I have to ask you first? And Si, thanks for the idea, I'm going to use that idea in a little bit. wink ))

Suddenly the gaurd turned around and focused his glowstick in Vyyk's face, saying something about not liking visitors and that he would hang onto this one.

"Oh, I don't mind, but please don't shine that in my face." he said as he pulled his DL-18 out and then quickly whapped the gaurd in the head with it.

"OOhhh." the gaurd said as he slumped too the ground. Vyyk thought about knifing him but decided to drag him into a storage locker nearby. Using some lock tools, he managed to open and lock the locker. That done, he decided that this place was too fast for him.
So he went outside again to get a better idea of what was going on. As he left, he noticed the lights coming back on. He then snuck past the gaurd and walked to the back of the building, using his whipcord to zip up to the roof where he saw a couple gaurds standing around. He crawled around a bit, then noticed another gaurd laying on the ground next to him, next to some type of boxes. As he lay there, next to an open air vent he wondered about the gaurd and the open vent.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Inyri knew that this "shadow" or whoever was in leauge with Sunder was close by. The holding cells were located in the center of the old factory space. The only connections to the power were on the roof and the outside walls of the building. This was something she had specifically noted when she took over this building in a legal and physical sense. It was odd not to have the power at core of the structure in almost all constuction dating back at least a hundred years or more. Inyri was the one to outfit the buiilding with almost all the updated equipment, so that the building would suit her needs. So she pulled out her modified hold out blaster and made her way towards the bacl entrance wall, intending to catch this intruder unaware of her and her skills.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Bareth was thinking, as he walked through the facility, the  generator's hum growing fainter then louder as he apparently got closer to it. Damn, it's been, what? Eight hours? More? Why is this guy so damn important? He looked up at the lights, the generator seemed to be holding up excellently. He stepped around the corner and saw Inyri. He noticed she had her hold out blaster in her hand. "Is there a situation?" He asked

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

"Just prepared. I know the Sunder's partner is here, and I was just informed a gaurd was missing. We have an intruder. I say we find them before they know were on to them. I would like to move foward here. I'm growing tired of these interruptions."

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

"Well how many guards do you have?"

"About fifty, why?"

"Do you know them all?"

"Why would I know them? Their being payed to protect me and this facility not to make small talk."

"It might have helped to weed out any intruder. Of course we could just kill all of them...."

"Are you sure you aren't Mandalorian, your starting to sound like one."

Bareth looked down the hall way, one of the guards was heading their way, on patrol or something. When he was in earshot, Bareth spoke "Well why don't we kill him? Hes just siting in that containment cell whining! Hes more trouble then hes worth." The Guard moved to the opposite side of the hallway, probably not wanting to be selected as someone for Inyri to vent on, when he was gone Bareth continued. "We need to do something, killing them isn't a good idea, to much time, then you need to hire more. Any ideas?"

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Vyyk checked the gaurd. Dead. He'd been knifed in the back by someone who didn't want to be seen. Probobly one of those other doofuses the Hutt's said they had hired earlier. 'Well, He thought, 'I hate to see someone leave a vent open like this, so I'll just have to fix this.'

Vyyk then took the panel and replaced it. Then bolted it down, tight.

'That ought to do it.' he thought.

a. i was knocked unconcious by AA character.
b. GHF i just shut of the power to the building to shake things up, this is ur moment to run, communicate, do something. the building is pitch black and there is much chaos. it would be a good time to establish what ur character knows.

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

"What do mean no weapons?" Sunder taken aback looked at his Teras Kasi instructor, he continued "Everyone carries a weapon, even the peaceful jedi!". The martial arts instructor looked looked at the young Blue skinned alien
"Ashero, there are many ways to destory" the instructor looked at his hands "A master of Teras Kasi does not need an external device to be a tool of violence."
Sunder exhaled "it just doesn't seem practical to be unarmed."
his instructor Vex Lyn smiled, "in time you will understand you are the weapon"....

Now...
Sunder jerked out his unconsciousness. "Son of a cath hound that hurt" he said spitting. The hum of back up lights could be heard. He waited for his red eyes to adjust to his surroundings.
He was not surprised to find he was stting in a cell, remembering the scematic he had seen earlier it was
either on the third floor or in the basement, no doubt in the center of the warehouse complex. He rubbed the back of his head.
a voice from the darkness spoke to him "Hey you ok?"
Sunder looked over, he could make out the shape of a man. "let me guess, Ronun?"
the man looked surprised "How do you know me?"
"your a popular transporter these days, Where is the Hutt shipment" Sunder reached behind his ear, the deathstick was still there. perhaps this was gonna be a good day after all.
Ronun interrupted his thought "We dont have much time, i think they mean to kill me.".
"if they wanted us dead we would be, there is something rattling around in that head of yours that is some value to my employer."
"Can your employer get us the hell out of here?" Ronun leaned into the light.
"working on it." Sunder felt for his comm, it was missing. "What do you know?, what is so important that has us both sitting in a dank cell."
"you tell me?" Ronun shot back, he had started scribbling something on his cell floor. Sunder stood up to get a better view.

the room is bugged... then Ronun scratched the numbers 3,4,7,17.

Sunder looked up "i dont understand?".

Ronun shot him a angry look, "Lets get out here and we can have a proper conversation. Ronun was right they had to get out...

Re: RPG - Coruscant attack

Inyri needed a new plan. There were too many beings poking their heads around this whole sorrid buisness. She knew she had to check the location of the gaurds. She had retnal scans in her records.

"Bareth I have an idea. It might take a little time, but its still a plan. I have retnal imprints of all my employees. We each scan as many as it takes to find the individual that does not fit. No matter who this intruder may be, they can't get past this. No shape sfiter could even change their retnal imprint."

She up loaded the data from her small personal data pad to Bareth's. Work you way back towards the holding cells. Who knows what that annoying nerf could be up to now.  Especially now that Sunder is there." I'll give you a whistle on the comm if I need you." She said to him.

"Be careful Inyri. Something might still be afoot." He replied as he turned away, on his to check gaurds.
