Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

i am actually a huge zuckuss fan.
so feel free to assume i would be on board.

something about his cool looking resporator and his buggy eyes,
also liked his frail aspects-sort of making him a layered character.

i thought his story in "tales of..." was entertaining.

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

How about The Adventures of Zuckuss and 4-LOM in: The Hunt For The Falcon?

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

It depends on which Zuckuss they're writing about: Tales of the Bounty Hunter or Bountgy Hunter War Trilogy.

TOTBH Zuckuss would be interesting to read about. He has some character to him and seemed rather interesting. Now, Bounty Hunter War Zuckuss was a bit of a coward, which would get boring after awhile.

While they're at it, they should make a Dengar, IG-88 and 4-LOM book too.

What do you mean by "character" its been a while sence I have read that book.

I like Zuckuss for some reason. I think from what I can remember he is smart, maybe not as tough or as full of courage as the others but he didnt get the call to look for the Falcon for being a horriable bounty hunter.

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

I'd read it. Then again I'd read anything if it was star wars related. But we could have Boba pop in and out of the story from time to time too.

I know Durge is extremely anti- Mando's, but I'm intrested in how it got to be that way. What did our Mando's ever do to him? (If this is allready out there I apologize for my ignorance.)

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

Do you mean the Durge from the cartoon star wars dvd's? He was a bounty Hunter, i think. He went on a rampage with loads of IG lancer droids to destroy the Republic.

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

Right that is the Durge I mentioned. He must have a back story too. Just curious of what it could be to cause such hatedred for Mandalorians.

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

If I had to guess I would say he probally got booted out of Mando culture for doing something against the rules or tradition. Or maybe he just sucks.....haha. Kidding.

I would read it for comic relief...There was one with Zuckuss and 4-LOM in the Tales of the Bounty Hunters book. It wasn't that good

He assassinated a Mandalore (or maybe he tried and failed, I'm not sure), so the tortured him endlessly. It's fine if you didn't know that fact.

A book about Zuckuss would be cool.

Zuckuss is the best, as i said. That's why i am called Zuckuss and have an avatar of him tongue big_smile

Re: The Tales of Zuckuss

I wouldn't go out of my way to read a Zuckuss book; never was a fan at all.  He's just too.................short; or something    tongue

The parts I read in the Bountyhunter Wars books didn't inpress me at all with him, so that's the main reason.  I'd be more interesting in seeing a book about Bossk.  He didn't look good in the BHW books either, but I bet an author could do more to change that with him then with Zuckuss.  Bossk has more of the 'Slash and Smash' tacticts that make for my kind of reading    big_smile
