However, they would always be put on hold, and eventually dumped. Fox hasn't had any recent plans for making Watchmen yet again, so really I don't see why they're going balls-crazy over this. Talks back in 2005-6 for Watchmen were made, and Fox did nothing. I doubt Fox will win their lawsuit, as the movie is already post-production, and there would be millions of dollars just wasted.
