Mandalorian flight suits are in actual fact modified boiler suits. I posted a guide to making the flight suit  as part of the Making a Mando thread here: http://www.bobafett.com/boards/viewtopic.php?id=2261 hope that helps. DON'T go out and get a military flight suit, they are the wrong shape.

with only the unfinished jetpack and the cape thing not shown.
i found some suitable blades for a gauntlet too.
