No, not yet. Chances are, I will not. I almost exclusivly read Deadpool comics, and I have not bought any recently, as I am saving up for a few things. The Civil War does not sound that great to me, but 'Pool does act as a bounty hunter.

I haven't read much of the 616 since waaaaay before House of M and frankly I'm glad I stopped when I did...This Civil War thing all looks like bushwah to me....

Saying that the only comics I've read for a while have been either old Marvel ones or Star wars ones...

hey its cool humorbot i was way too harsh. my apologies. hey, draco, ultimate marvel isnt non-cannon, its just set in a different timeline/universe thingy.... come to think of it, all non cannon stuff is set in a different timeline/universe thingy..... craaaaaaaaaaazy.... i didnt think the deadpool story arc was bad.... i thought it was ok but not bad.... i agree ultimate deadpool isnt as cool as he is in the other marvel stories, but i thought it was worth reading.... why dont like it? im not trying to be insultive, just fill me in.

No, you should not read Ultimate Deadpool. It is one of the few Ultimate stories I dislike, mainly because Deadpool isn't as cool in the ultimate Universe. That's one time where you're right, draco.

I dislike non-canon material in the first place, but Ultimate Marvel seems "hip-hop-ish" for me. I doubt that I would read Ultimate Deadpool, unless it was at a very low price. Also, I doubt the creators of the original characters would like having there creations changed in such a way. I have read the Ultimate Spider-man, and I truely dispised it. It is reminiscent of the "Greedo shot first" retroactive continuity issue. I do not mind people reading them, I just would prefer it if people did not try to change my opinion.

But the thing about the movie that I don't get, is why did they make Sandman Uncle Ben's killer? It totally takes away the significance of Peter inavertently causing Ben's death. I don't like it.

But why do you hate ultimate marvel, draco? What ultimate story did you read? maybe you just read the wrong one.

Well I may have come across more aggravated than I actually was...I thought we were having a relatively calm conversation...But anyway...

As for Venom being purple...well its not a "ARGH I'm not going to see this film cos he's purple thing/..."

I just meant I prefered him when he was either blue or black.... I didn't think Purple looked right...

And I'm very sorry if anyone thought I was getting angry with them.... I still think it was a little harsh to call me "inflexible" though...
