Sometimes it feels good to just say everything there is to say about it. I do that. I keep a notebook and whenever I feel really bad I write whatever I want, no matter how dark, how depressing, how poor the spelling and grammar. Just telling someone, anyone, even a notebook, about everything is something everyone needs to do. You might cry, and it might hurt, but once you're done you take a deep breath, and as you breath out imagine all the bad leaving on that breath. And then you realize you feel better, emptier of everything that was bringing you pain. I am sorry for you, about your sister. I know it's hard to be strong right now, but we're all here to help you. We'll support you and hold you up, and in time, you'll realize you're able to walk on your own again.
