They make the perfect enemy for human kind, they are our polar opposites in many ways.  They make great default enemies from D&D to STAR WARS.

Bossk is one of the coolest bounty hunters, even though he's not the smartest, he got enough smarts to get around and he is probably stronger than any human. Seriously, the armored Trandos in Republic Commando are insanely hard. And the Lizard from Spider-man is cool, too.
