I think it's a great idea!  Maybe someday, with Aaron's ok when the site gets it's next overhaul, we could have the best crest as a sort of transparent background on all the pages  big_smile

But to be serious I think this is kind of a stupid idea..........coats of arms are for families of Europe as mine....and are not to be disrespected by simply MAKING UP one......
Im sorry, but this is kind of disrespectful to me, because it took recognition back in the ol english days for my italian family to earn thier seal........and now poeple are simply just.........MAKING them.....
I dont expect anyone to understand, but let me put it in a different point of view.....

We dont need a BFFC coat of Arms.

I think it is a fine idea my family also has a cote of arms (I'm Basque http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basques )
but I do not think it hurts my honor in any way. Lot of groups have a cote of arms car companies,sports companies, law firms, and so on. I don't see why we should not make a cote of arms, or how it in any way is disrespectful to you or your ancestors.
